The Dívčí hrady Residence has been designed for more exacting customers preferring living in a quiet environment with great accessibility of the wider centre. Families with children will especially appreciate the offer of larger classically conceived flats where each family member has its private space while those looking for specific layout designs and liking uncommon interiors will prefer flats with an atypical layout located in the corners of the house. Due to big windows, they also offer great views. For young people, studios in two sizes enabling living at a good address at a reasonable price will surely be the preferred option.
The house is divided into two sections, giving the Project a smaller character. On a floor, there are 5 flats at the most with just two flats on some floors. This layout plus the size of the flats will provide their owners with sufficient private space. Each flat has its own parking place in the basement.
The extensive maisonette flat with the living part on the 1st floor and resting part and exit to the front garden on the 1st underground floor is actually a "family house" unobtrusively included in the object where all issues connected with the technical background are handled by an administrative company.
