are shown in a well-arranged table or interactively using a model of the whole house and individual floors. The selected flat can be booked with no contract for 7 days by phone or using a link. Then it is necessary to conclude a booking contract and pay the booking fee. A future purchase contract the draft of which will be submitted to you when signing the booking contract is concluded within 30 days after paying the booking fee.

If the standard equipment of flats that we have prepared for you will not satisfy you, there will be just pleasant matters regarding the individual selection of equipment of bathrooms, floors or doors. The Customer Changes Manager will assist you in your selection directly in the Customer Centre.

Funding

100,000 CZK – booking fee after signing the booking contract

25 % of the flat price – after signing the future purchase contract (after deducting the booking fee)

25 % of the flat price – after finishing the fabric
